Making an appointment does NOT automatically grant you an appointment; approval is contingent upon signing service agreement contract and submitting pre-consultation photos. You will receive an email with service agreement after requesting an appointment. The following must be done within two hours of request or your appointment will be declined due to limited availability. Your appointment is a private one-on-one session in a private suite.

cancellation policy

Appointments canceled with less than a 24 hour notice, no-shows, sick/car issues, and same day cancellation WILL result in a charge of $75.

Canceling an appointment via phone is not an option.

Contact info@swaydmenssalon.com if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment (this WILL result in a charge of $75).

NO CELL PHONE USE INSIDE THE SHOP OR YOU WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE

late arrivals

Due to tight scheduling, if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be asked to reschedule and charged $75.

age requirement

21+ to receive services, no exceptions.

This is not the place for a quick haircut; we take each session seriously to ensure the best haircut, treating hair as an art form.

We reserve the right to decline your appointment.

If you’re the type of person who likes to micro-manage your haircut, this is not the place for you.
